Just picked a fresh cucumber from my garden. drizzled apple cider vinegar and sprinkled some salt over it. let it sit in refrigerator for 15 and you’re good to go! :)

Sunday morning breakfast time. I know what most of you are thinking. Tofu is gross. But it nots true! Tofu will take on the taste of whatever yummy ingredients you cook it with. Give this recipe a try.
1 block extra firm tofu (Press it: wrap the tofu in paper towels to soak up excess liquid for at least 3 hours)
2 cups kale, chopped
1 pound chopped mushrooms
2 table spoons Bragg Liquid aminos
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 large zucchini, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 yellow onion , chopped
1 container cherry tomatoes, halfed
salt and pepper for seasoning
1) lightly drizzle a cooking pan with olive oil. add in onions over medium heat until they begin to turn clear. add the garlic for about a minute. add the , tomatoes, zucchini and mushrooms until they begin to soften. 2 minutes.
2) Crumble the tofu with your hands into the vegetable mixture for a couple minutes until the tofu heats up a bit. Add the braggs, turmeric, a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
3) Lastly, add the kale until it becomes soft.
Grab some toast and you’re done!
